Prior to working with Partners in Change, Blake worked with Saginaw Psychological Services, Inc. as an intern for her Master’s degree and continued on as a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist. Blake’s clinical experience includes substance use disorders, trauma and anxiety related disorders, depression, case management, and working with MDOC parolees and probationers. Blake uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR approach to therapy and tailors treatment to client’s individual needs. Blake currently provides outpatient therapy and MDOC substance abuse groups in a correctional setting. Blake has special interests in women’s trauma and holistic approaches to wellness.

Outside of the therapeutic setting Blake enjoys reading thrillers, traveling, drinking coffee, spending time with family, and playing with her dog.
