What is Mindful Eating:

Mindful eating is the practice of paying full attention to the experience of eating. Tasting, smelling, and savoring each bite. It encourages awareness of hunger, fullness, and emotional triggers, leading to healthier, more intentional choices.

Benefits of Mindful Eating:

· Better understanding of hunger and fullness

· Improved relationship with food

· Improved digestion

· Increased appreciation for food

· Increased meal satisfaction

· Decreased food related stress

• Six weekly group sessions 

• One individual session
